We build driver profiles at orientation based on what he or she can and is willing to do, to help combat driver fatigue & provide ample home time for rest and family. Our management team tries to give each driver 48 hours of home time each week vs. a 34-hour reset; we understand driving a commercial vehicle is stressful. Our driver retention rate is best in class!

Driver Orientation
Corsan values each team member. Once you have accepted our position, we complete all the necessary steps including medical card, road test, payroll and record keeping. We explain all benefits you and your family can enjoy. Corsan pays for our employee’s medical coverage (free premiums for employee; dependents optional), dental, vision, & short-term disability. We offer free life insurance and free long-term disability. We discuss our paid holidays and paid time off request procedures. Our onboarding process heavily focuses on safety and operational expectations, as well as in cab technology and dispatch / paperwork workflow.
