We build driver profiles at orientation based on what he or she can and is willing to do, to help combat driver fatigue & provide ample home time for rest and family. Our management team tries to give each driver 48 hours of home time each week vs. a 34-hour reset; we understand driving a commercial vehicle is stressful. Our driver retention rate is best in class!
